Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless specifically instructed by RobinFox Knox.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines

• Intimate or sanitary goods

• Hazardous materials

• Flammable liquids or gases

• Gift cards

• Downloadable software products

• Certain health and personal care items

• Items that are specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted, including:

• Books with obvious signs of use

• CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened

• Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not caused by our error

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

3. Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item once the return has been received and approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Where applicable, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. RobinFox Knox cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that do not have tracking or delivery confirmation.
